Refund Policy

We're committed to transparency in how we handle refunds for our financial analysis training programs

Effective January 2025

This policy applies to all TasklySoft courses and programs purchased after January 1, 2025. Previous purchases may be subject to different terms.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that choosing the right training program is a significant decision. That's why we've designed our refund policy to be fair and straightforward for everyone involved.

Full Refund Period

Request a complete refund within 14 days of purchase if you've accessed less than 25% of course materials.

Partial Refund Period

Between 15-30 days after purchase, receive a 50% refund if you've completed less than half the program.

Technical Issues

Full refunds available regardless of timeframe if we cannot resolve persistent technical problems affecting your learning.

Course Cancellation

Complete refund automatically issued if TasklySoft cancels a scheduled program before its start date.

Important Exclusions

  • No refunds available after 30 days from original purchase date
  • Courses where completion certificate has been issued are not eligible
  • Programs with more than 50% content accessed cannot be refunded
  • Promotional or discounted courses follow the same timeline but refund amount reflects paid price
  • Corporate bulk purchases require separate refund negotiation

How to Request a Refund

We've made the refund process as simple as possible. Here's what happens from start to finish:

Email [email protected] with your order number, registered email, and reason for requesting a refund. We typically respond within 24 hours during business days.

Our team verifies your purchase details, checks course progress, and confirms eligibility. This usually takes 2-3 business days. We might reach out if we need clarification.

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email explaining whether your refund was approved and the amount you'll receive. If denied, we'll explain why and suggest alternatives.

Processing Payment

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Account Access

Your course access is revoked once the refund processes. Any downloaded materials must be deleted. Certificates issued before refund requests become invalid.

These timeframes begin after we approve your refund request, not from when you submit it. International payments may take longer due to currency conversion and banking processes.

Duplicate Purchase

Full refund for accidental duplicate orders regardless of timeframe. Contact us immediately if this happens.

Want to Switch Courses

We can often transfer your payment to another program within 30 days instead of processing a refund.

Special Circumstances

Medical or Family Emergencies

We understand life throws unexpected challenges. If you're facing serious medical issues or family emergencies that prevent course completion, contact us directly. We'll work with you to find a solution — whether that's extending your access, pausing enrollment, or processing a refund outside normal windows. Documentation may be required.

Corporate Training Programs

Subscription-Based Access

Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime, but refunds aren't provided for partial months. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Annual subscriptions follow the standard 14-day refund window from initial purchase date.

Bundle Purchases

Course bundles can be refunded as complete packages within the 14-day window. Individual courses within bundles cannot be refunded separately. If you've started multiple courses in a bundle, the entire package becomes ineligible for refund.
